• LINGUA shall not transfer or disclose your data to any third party, except in the legally foreseen cases or when the provision of the service so requires, always under a contractual relationship with a data controller with whom the corresponding data processing agreement was agreed-upon in the context of employment relations. As the implicated part, you have the right to deny ceding your information to third parties in charge of data processing by written request or by any of the means by which you may exercise your rights.

• Data portability, i.e., requesting to whom you want us to send your personal information.
Furthermore, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for any given purpose at any time without thereby affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to this withdrawal.

The exercise of your rights will be reasonably answered by LINGUA within a month, both in the case of refusal or approval, and considering in every case the context, the nature of the personal information, its purpose and its legitimacy.
Furthermore, you are hereby informed that in the event of any violation of your rights, when you have not obtained a response to your request by the means granted or directly, you may submit your complaint to any competent body, to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), or contact the data protection officer, when included in the heading of the document.
In accordance with the state of the art and the means at our disposal, within the principle of proportionality and respecting the principles of LOYALTY, TRANSPARENCY, SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY, we strive to guarantee the safety of your data.
Natural persons have the right to control their own personal data and this is recognised as both an obligation on the part of LINGUA to protect their data and a right of the data subjects.
The protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data is a personal and fundamental right. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, as well as all complementary or protective legislation on fundamental rights, is applied in the scope of SMEs with fewer than 250 employees and on the GENERAL BASIS OF THE PRINCIPLE OF PROPORTIONALITY.
This website requires users to tick an affirmative box when giving their consent. Without ticking it, the form will not work, as it is understood that you are refusing your consent and therefore, we will not be able to process your data.
